CORPORATE PLANNING CENTER AND iPMO (INSTITUTIONAL PROJECT AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE)
Starting on January 1, 2009, the Corporate Planning Center and iPMO (Institutional Project Management Office) were established to carry out functions related to the university’s corporate objective planning and as the university’s project management office.
MAY 1 – 2011
CORPORATE PLANNING iPMO DIVISION, CHANCELORY
On 1 May 2011, the Corporate Planning iPMO Center was changed to the Corporate Planning and iPMO Division under the UMT Chancellery.
FEB 1 – 2013
CENTER FOR TRANSFORMATION, STRATEGIC PLANNING AND RISK (TSR)
On 1 February 2013, the Corporate Planning Division and iPMO were transformed into the Center for Transformation, Strategic Planning and Risk (TSR). The main function of TSR is to make strategic plans for the university through the UMT Strategic Planning Plan (PSUMT). The second function of the TSR is to manage the university’s risk by carrying out monitoring, project risk assessment and as an advisor to the Responsibility Center (PTj) in UMT regarding risk management.
